Are you wondering what it would look like to become a dealer for Ranko? Look no further!

How to get started…

First, contact us by sending an email to info@rankoeq.com. We will then send you our Dealer Application to fill out. This is our way of getting to know you and your business. It also helps us to gain a better understanding of how you could be a good fit as a Ranko dealer.

If you seem to be a good fit, we will then have you review our Dealer Warranty Guide. Once Ranko Equipment and the dealer both agree to the terms, it will require signatures from both parties.

We would also like to set up an in-person meeting at Ranko so we can meet you and show you all the machines we have to offer.  This way you can decide which Ranko machines you would like to carry and how many.

Part of being a dealer for Ranko includes discounts on machinery, a first look at our new lines, priority on special orders, and more! For every unit sold, Ranko will provide you, the dealer, with the appropriate documents and warranty terms.

Requirements…

• Dealer must purchase a minimum of 3 machines to receive the dealer discount.

• Dealer agrees to effectively promote and sell Ranko Products as to achieve sales objectives and market penetration within its Area Primary Responsibility satisfactory to Ranko.

• Dealer shall: (a) employ, train and maintain competent sales, support and administrative personnel to promote and sell Ranko Products in the assigned Area Primary Responsibility; (b) purchase, display and demonstrate Ranko Products, and take other such actions as necessary to effectively promote the sale of Ranko Products in the Area Primary Responsibility; (c) act in accordance with the terms and conditions as set forth in the Guides, policies and procedures implemented by Ranko, and as amended from time to time.

• Dealer shall; (a) employ, maintain and equip competent product support (e.g. parts, service, product support sales, warranty, training, administration) personnel adequately trained on Ranko Products to carry out the Dealer’s responsibilities
